What volumes can you produce for a retailer?
Our site produces more than 1,000 mattresses per day and a new factory is under construction. The capacity reserved for your programme is agreed with you according to your annual volumes and your schedule.
Do your mattresses comply with European and US standards?
Each programme is developed to the requirements of the country of sale: flammability standards, labelling and regulations on substances. The required tests are carried out by an accredited laboratory before launch; please specify your requirements in your tender.
Why manufacture in Morocco rather than in Asia?
For short delivery lead times, lower inventory, the duty exemption provided by Morocco’s trade agreements with the European Union and the United States, and the absence of US anti-dumping duties on Moroccan mattresses, unlike those from many countries in Asia and Europe.
Do you supply roll-packed, boxed mattresses?
Yes. We manufacture foam and hybrid mattresses that are compressed, rolled and boxed, suited to e-commerce as well as in-store sales.
Do you accept factory audits?
Yes. Audits by your teams or by the body of your choice are welcome, before listing and during the programme.
